Atelier de practică somatică şi contact improvisation cu Katya Zorina (Rusia)

~Din călătoria mea prin Contact Improvisation pentru mine a devenit tot mai clar că acest dans nu este despre tehnică ci este o explorare somatică a relației corp-minte. Toți acești ani m-au ajutat să-mi înlătur anumite constructe mentale - nivele de atingere asociativă şi altfel de procese cognitive mi-au modelat corpul într-o nouă formă - mai fluidă, mai stabilă, mai delicată şi mai atentă. Dansul începe cu tine şi nu depinde de nimic altceva.

Prin acest atelier mi-ar plăcea să introduc noi moduri prin care să ne stabilizăm relația cu noi înșine, moduri care întâlnesc în primul rând gravitația. Încă sunt multe lucruri pe care nu le știm despre gravitație sau despre verticalitate în ceea ce privește corpul.

Ida Rolf zice că omul este un eveniment pe linia gravitației.

Gravitația este legea imutabilă a existenței cu care ne vom armoniza prin ghidarea atenției în zone care depășesc nivelele obișnuite al percepției noastre. Prin incorporarea imaginarului, mișcarea şi formarea conștiinței în corp devin componente active în mecanismul dansului.


/Vrem să trezim dansul interiorului prin interior, prin cedarea noastră în el.
/Vrem să ne găsim prin gravitație, greutatea, tonusul, iar apoi să le împărtășim cu celălalt în moduri neașteptate.
/Vom întâlni acea conexiune care se apropie de comuniunea care ne mișcă într-unul, unde unul este spațiul recunoscut de celălalt și perceput ca dans.
/Vrem să oferim suport prin identificarea pământului în corp mai mult decât prin a ajunge, a pune sau a împinge; această stare de identificare și de asumare dă naștere tuturor celorlalte o dată ce ne dăm seama de truc.
/La sfârșit atenția noastră se deschide interacțiunii cu grupul și vom plonja de la periferie înapoi în centru.~ (Katya Zorina)

Katya Zorina - artist, performer, body practitioner. Dansez contact improvisation din 2012. Profesorii mei sunt - KJ Holmes, Mirva Makinen, Brenton Cheng, Katja Mustonen, Ray Chung, Anjelika Doniy, Ralf Yaroshinsky, Lior Ophir, Sveta Bird, Sasha Omelchenko, Ekaterina Basalaeva, Ruslan Baranov, Frey Faust...
Am co-organizat festivalul de CI CICO şi fetivalul Butoh cu Campagna Kha/Italia. Din 2015 facilitez clase şi ateliere.
Îmi place să lucrez cu corpul prin imageria folosită în dansul japonez Butoh şi prin metoda osteopată Sensitive Dance.
Practica mea favorită de-a lungul anilor este Ideokinesis pe care o studiez alături de Ilya Belenkov din 2013. Este o metodă de anatomie practică care îşi propune integrarea percepției părților corpului într-o imagine holistică a corpului în mişcare.
În 2017 am realizat spectacolul IAMLALLA, laboratoare de Contact Improvisation - Human Design - PLME şi am colaborat în proiectele artistice After.Life şi Lost Place.
Experienţa şi interesele mele se întâlnesc acum pentru a integra practica somatică, performance-ul şi poezia spaţială pentru a explora noi perspective artistice şi de co-creare; pentru a transforma şi a liniști.

NOTA! cine cantă la vreun instrument e binevenit cu tot cu instrument să deschidem spatiul cu muzica live, pentru noi, pentru cei care vor sa danseze şi de dragul co-creaţiei.

The workshop on somatics and contact improvisation.

I would like to talk from my experience and where I came in my journey while dancing CI, for me it appears clear that this dance is not a technique, but a somatic exploration of the body-mind. These years helped me to get rid of old patterns - layers of associative touch and thought currents that shaped my body to renew it into a new form of self - fluid, more grounded, freshly washed, soft and alert. Dance begins within oneself, and does not depend on anything.

In this workshop I would love to introduce a new way of relationships which we want to establish with ourselves, with something that first and most of all relates to gravity.
Still no one knows what is gravity as well as verticality for example when it concerns human body.

As Ida Rolf puts it - human is an event on a gravity line.

Gravity is an immutable law of existence with which we are going to harmonize ourselves through guiding our attention into layers beyond our usual way of perception.
By embedding imaginary, movement and touch formation of consciousness in the body becomes a participant of mechanisms of dance.

/ We want to awaken dance from within of within, from the earth and our yielding into it.
/ We want to find ourselves through the gravity, our weight and tone and then share it with the partner in an unexpectable ways)
/ We will find connection that is close to communion that starts to move us as one. Where one is a space which we acknowledge together and can percept the dance.
/ We want to know how to give supports through finding earth in the bodies more than in the pushing, putting or reaching, while this state gives rise to all naturally the moment you got the trick.
/ In the end our attention opens to the group interaction and we plunge through periphery back into the core.

This workshop is open for everybody, dancers or non-dancers, who want to expand their somatic knowledge and practice.

Katya Zorina - artist, body practitioner, performer. I dance contact improvisation since 2012. My teachers are - KJ Holmes, Mirva Makinen, Brenton Cheng, Katja Mustonen, Ray Chung, Anjelika Doniy, Ralf Yaroshinsky, Lior Ophir, Sveta Bird, Sasha Omelchenko, Ekaterina Basalaeva, Ruslan Baranov, Frey Faust...
I was a co-organizer of international CI festival CICO and Butoh retreats with Compagnia Kha/ Italy. Since 2015 I facilitate classes and sessions.
I love to work with the body through imagery that is used in japanese Butoh dance approach and its specific theme of body/consciousness as well as osteopathic method of Sensitive Dance.
My favorite practice through the years is Ideokinesis which I study from Ilya Belenkov since 2013. It is a way of practical anatomy to integrate perception of separate body parts into more wholistic image of body-movement.
In 2017 was a project time and I’ve directed somatic-poetic group performances IAMLALLA, Contact Impro + Human Design labs - PLME and participated in theatrical initiatives - After.Life and Lost Place.
My broad interests and experience now meet each other to integrate somatics, performance, spatial poetry to explore new ways of arts and being together to transform and chill.
